Welcome to Eventyria Travel Agency (“Eventyria,” “we,” or “the Agency”). By accessing and using our website www.eventyriatravel.com or by contracting our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use and Service Agreement. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose

Eventyria Travel Agency is a Mexico-based travel agency that organizes and coordinates international group trips for women.

Through our website and social media platforms, users may obtain information about our trips, make reservations, and contract tourism services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or contracting our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age;
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.

3. Reservations and Payments

A reservation is confirmed only upon:

Payment of the required deposit; and
Formal acceptance of our cancellation policies and service agreement.

Payment amounts, deadlines, and accepted payment methods are specified in the Payment Schedule and in the Tourism Services Agreement provided to each participant.

Failure to complete payments by the established deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation, and applicable penalties will be enforced in accordance with the cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our official Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is provided as a separate annex or section.

Participants are responsible for reviewing and understanding these policies before booking.

5. Agency Responsibilities

Eventyria acts as an intermediary between participants and third-party tourism service providers, including but not limited to airlines, transportation companies, hotels, activity operators, and insurance providers.

We are not liable for:

Delays, cancellations, overbooking, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers;
Personal injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control;
Acts of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or reschedule itineraries when necessary due to operational, safety, or force majeure reasons. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Each participant is responsible for:

Holding a valid passport and obtaining any required visas or travel authorizations;
Complying with immigration requirements of destination countries;
Respecting group coexistence rules and the laws of the destination country;
Obtaining travel insurance if it is not included in the selected trip package or if additional coverage is desired;
Informing the Agency in advance of any medical condition, allergy, dietary restriction, or special need relevant to the trip.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in denial of participation without entitlement to refund, subject to applicable policies.

7. Travel Insurance

Most trips organized by Eventyria include basic travel insurance. Coverage details and limitations are specified in the itinerary for each trip.

If a trip does not include insurance, or if a participant wishes to purchase additional coverage, it is the participant’s sole responsibility to obtain such insurance and assume the associated risks.

8. Code of Conduct

Eventyria reserves the right to remove from a trip any participant whose behavior:

Endangers herself or others;
Disrupts the group experience;
Violates local laws or group guidelines.

In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the participant will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding elements, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Eventyria Travel Agency or used with authorization.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

10. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: Privacy Policy

By contracting our services, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use and Service Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the corresponding effective date.

Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Mexican States.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms or from services contracted with Eventyria shall be submitted to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, and the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future domicile.
